FHA Streamline - Documentation

Here is the list of documents I need to streamline your FHA Loan to be able to work up the numbers to make sure it meets the net tangible benefit.  FHA requires a streamline of an FHA Loan to save the borrower money on their monthly payment to qualify for a streamline.  With the documentation below we are able to calculate your new payment up-front before we pull your credit.   Once you have your new payment and monthly savings and would like to streamline your FHA Loan we will pull your credit.

Initial Questions:

The original closing/note date for the mortgage being paid off?

The date the first payment was DUE for the mortgage being paid off?

Here's the documentation needed to streamline your FHA Loan:

1. Valid/current ID for all borrowers

2. Valid Social Security Card for all borrowers

3. Most recent mortgage statement

4. Recent utility bill OR Paystub with legible mailing address

5. Deed of Trust OR Note for the mortgage being refinanced
